a moto v710 would be a good choice if you are unhappy with your
current phone.
- it is tri-mode which means that in areas that are still analog-only
you'll still have coverage
- it has an OK camera but i bought my phone to make phone calls, not
take photos.
- it is bluetooth enabled which means you can get your
blade-runner-ish headset
- i got a pair from verizon for $49.95 each with a 2-year plan
as for e-mail access there are ways to do that with the only cost
being minutes-of-use. suggest you navigate over to
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/InternetByCellPhone/. that group will
show you how to connect to the internet with your phone for e-mail and
more. there are several tutorials in the files section of that group
which are a must read.
also, check out www.phonescoop.com for information and specs on ALL
wireless phone.
