I still would be suspect of anyone that had anything to
do with one of those things. Nothing in life is free and
if one was 'included' - somebody somewhere paid
something for it. And got ripped off.
If they went anywhere other than the dumpster, there
is an ethical issue somewhere - or complete ignorance.
(I'm talking the dealer - not you)
