Sorry to hear all that, but...
I love my Jawbone BT headset, best I've ever had - I've had four others before. Better, I've never had the inclination to contact the support desk. The even better news is, since you won't be buying another one, that's one more that'll be waiting for me when I buy another one. Thanks for all your help.
