Can someone please explain why I JUST got an email from myphonefiles
thanking me for my $19.95 subscription they jacked from my bank? I
didn't authorize this, and I can't find anywhere on the site to call and
get this rescinded! This means I'll have to take off work, go to the
bank and fill out the paperwork to have this payment stopped :mad: I
NEVER subscribed previously and can't understand why this happened now
if the site is going free?????

You should not have to go to the bank. Mine allowed me to do it on the phone. My case was almost the same thing. They took the charge off in less then 5 days.
