Re: Cingular 8525?

Also wanted to add that I've read HTC (to be manufactuerer of the 8525)
is to expand their name brand in the US, selling direct to the public
and distributing HTC branded phones through service providers.... They
have already released the formentioned MTeoR and TyTN and in fact the
to-be Cingular 8525 looks identical to the already (USA) released HTC
TyTN Phone Edition, except the 8525 is set to be Cingular branded and
to have the digital camera placed on the back of the phone instead of
the front.

If you want the 8525 today, do a search for HTC TyTN, they average
between $800-$900 US. Of course if you hold out for the 8525 you'll
likely save $200-300, or considerably more if you're planning to sign a
new contract and take advantage of promo discounts.
