Falsch. The account is something like 4 years old and I have viewed
bills
on line many times before.
Also, the ringtone I bought from their web site yesterday never arrived

I've put in a problem report about it.
Cingular has been merging all of the many billing systems it's inherited
over the years. That might be the cause of your problem; i.e., your
account might be new to the billing system it's now on.
And just how long does "merging" take!
...
Several months.
Then how do you explain the 2 years I have experienced the issue?
You remember..., the part of my original post you snipped out in your
inaccurate response.
