I switched cause I got tired of:

Biodegradable phones, and myriad dropped calls and abysmal CSRs.

I always paid EVERY bill 3 weeks early, and still do.

And as always I know I'm spot on (Sprint is the pits) when people have
to resort to fallacious personal attacks.

Just read JD Power, Consumer Reports, or Yankee Group surveys for the
fact that Sprint for years rates last in Customer Service.

Interesting- I've always gone with a carrier for coverage and price. Good
coverage and lousy customer service allows me to make a call. Poor coverage
and great customer service does not.
