Question:
Why would my ~2 year old Nokia 3560 Phone after so many years of pretty good
quality cingular service and hardly any drops unless it was some bloke with
sprint or nextel, now suddenly everyone is having all kinds of drops with
me, or me with them? It has longer time to begin dialing/ringing, and it
it does connect, one or the other party can't hear or just drops. Battery?
I called service but they had no specific reason. I am on the new "digital"
circuit I think. Service did not say I was not. But this is the reason why
I am going to finally get a new phone and also take the opportunity to get a
PDA to explore some COMM programming.
Your Nokia 3560 is a D-AMPS ("TDMA") phone, and D-AMPS service is being
rapidly migrated to GSM.
