CHARTER:

WHY DO YOU INSIST ON POSTING THIS CHARTER TO A GROUP THAT THIS IS NOT A
CHARTER FOR? KNOCK IT OFF!

Most of Navas's posts are written to annoy people. Judging from your all
caps response, it look like he succeeded. I suggest that you use your
newsreader's filtering capability to avoid the temptation to respond to
his posts.

If he wasn't taking the arrogant approach to post a cingular group charter to
an attws group (which isn't bound by that charter in any way), I would gladly
killfile him, but doing so leaves him posting there. At least making noise
about it makes me feel better as it doesn't manage to make him follow the
spirit of his own post, which is to post relavent material.
