Nope. "Invalid address" is coming from your phone. You likely need an
address that will pass the parser in the phone.

Why would the phone's "parser" not like some addresses?
As I put in separate post and above. It is Cingular/ISP. The address is
good.
Maybe; maybe not. You might be mistaken or making some simple mistake. Post
the (altered) address and we may be able to help you. Or email to me from
the
problematic email address. (My email address is valid.)
I appreciate the caution as I have made email addressing mistakes. The
eyes need stronger bifocals as the years go by. ;)
But in this case it is correct.
I've tried 3 or 4 addresses to the same ISP and they all say Invalid
address. All in form: user@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
If you wish, you can work around this problem by setting up a free Gmail
(Google Mail) account that forwards all mail from the phone to the
problematic
address.
Have forwarding accounts. Tried two, work fine.
