Configurations hadn't been changed and software was reinstalled. So that negates that guess.

Problem was consistent from first of March for three weeks, suddenly got better after the tweeks. So that negates that guess.

Of course, this improvement would not apply to the San Francisco Bay area as users there never have any problems.

Windows DUN works well in any location
