Man, this is weird - Razor V3

I loved my new Razor V3 until this new thing started happening. The darn
phone randomly calls people from my phonebook. The first time it happened,
it called my boss who was sitting right next to me in a meeting. My phone
was in my pants pocket. The next time, while sitting on my desk (with no one
touching it) it called my other cell phone. Last night it called my daughter
on her cell at 2 AM; again, it was sitting on my night table. So there is no
chance that I'm pushing buttons accidentally. This new behavior will end up
getting me in trouble, considering it will eventually call someone who will
answer and be able to listen to any conversation I'm having at the moment,
without my knowing it's happening! Please help/advise!
