Different data packages:
WAP@xxxxxxxxxxxx = MEdia Net
ISP@xxxxxxxxxxxx = Data Connect

Not raw speed, but Data Acceleration (e.g., higher image compression) is only
available on Data Connect.

Probably a configuration issue. Both will work over either USB or Bluetooth.
