WAP@cingular.com VS ISP@cingular.com


What is the difference between WAP@xxxxxxxxxxxx and ISP@xxxxxxxxxxxx?
Is there going to be a speed difference? Why will either one login
using a USB cable to my laptop, but only WAP will work when using
Bluetooth to my laptop?
