The legal notice is at the bottom of the page listing MediaBasic,
MediaWorks, and the MediaNet packages. The MediaWorks bundle does still
exist, and does still include MediaNet, it's just not unlimited anymore.

Do you have a copy of that page corresponding to the time that you signed
up? My printed copies don't include that page, so I have no idea what
applies to me. I presume that you've received no written notice, as
specified on the "MEdia Legal Notice" page:

"This Agreement may be modified only in writing; if Cingular Wireless sends
you written notice of the modification, your use of the Service after
receiving such notice will indicate your acceptance of the modification."

Not receiving the detailed agreement in writing when I signed up makes it a
little dodgy to say that the changes must be in writing.
