Using Mozilla Firefox 1.0.7:
I easily navigated the Motorola website to the RAZR V3 page at
<http://direct.motorola.com/ENS/web_producthome.asp?Country=USA&language=ENS&productid=29302>,
clicked "User Manual (2.2 MB)", and down it came.
