Here's what I find missing from the discussions: Can we assume that one of
the three people there, which included Troy, shot the policeman? All I
heard was that Troy is innocent. But no one is talking about who or which
one might be guilty.

Is it a fact that one of the three guys there shot the policeman?

There was comment (by whom I don't know) that the primary accuser of Davis
was the shooter. Regardless there are too many instances where the wrong
person was executed. Dallas Texas has had 20+ vindicated that were on death
row.
