"And to those who argue that higher [tax] rates hurt job creation, I would
note that a net of nearly 40 million jobs were added between 1980 and 2000.
You know what's happened since then: lower tax rates and far lower job
creation."
Argue with Warren. Have a nice day.
I'd rather bitch slap him a couple of times. It's the policies
of the gifted administration which has killed job growth.
Starting with Ocrapacare #1. And lets not forget the genital cuff
which has been applied to the drilling industry on the Gulf Coast
as another prime example.
The rich, and the big companies don't give a crap about the tax
rates. They will just find new loopholes to get them off the hook.
I'd like one of these people to explain why the medical insurance
rates have gone through the roof since Ocrapacare was signed.
It's doing the opposite of what most of the *real* people in this
country expected. And with all the irksome stipulations that
employers have to contend with regarding Ocrapacare, it's a
wonder they are hiring anyone at all.
And what about all the jobs that have been lost in the drilling
industry, and all those who support it? And to top that off,
judges keep ruling against these policies. But the gifted
administration could give a damn. They think they are above
the law. A constitutional lawyer should know better.
But it's always been my view that the main reason the gifted
one chose to be a constitutional lawyer was to be more able to
find ways to circumvent the constitution, not support it.
I've always felt there should be a flat tax. It's the only one
that is fair to all workers. IE: if there is a 20 percent tax
rate for everyone, everyone would pay the gov 20 cents of every
dollar made. Whether they make $10000, or $1,000,000 a year.
Everyone should pay the same exact rate. Anything else is
un-American.
If everyone paid the same rate, they could probably tax only 10-15
percent and come out better than they are now.
And it's pretty much a proven fact that increasing corporate tax
rates with the present system hurts job growth. It's been proven
over and over again. So there is really nothing to argue with
Warren about. It would be a more fruitful use of my time just
to give him a healthy bitch slap or two.
At the present time, the #1 killer of job growth is uncertainty.
Uncertainty of what these crooked politicians will do next.
The gifted one has an almost unlimited amount of turds in his
pockets. And he rations them out. So while everyone knows about
the turds that he has thrown so far, no one knows how many and
what type of turds he still has to throw.
And everyone knows he will throw them sooner of later.
That's your #1 killer of job growth right now.
Fear of more pocket turds in the future, and what effect they
will have on the people that employ other people.
