The new space vehicle that was planned was not set to take flight until
2015-2020 or so, anyway.

He'd better not piss off the Russians too much, since it looks like
we'll be hitching rides with them until 2012 when Obungler gets voted
out of office.

Whether Obama is in office, out of office, or never elected to office has
no bearing on NASA not having a manned space program in place for
2011-2015 at least (and likely closer to 2020).
