Not at all. Marxists don't believe in Democracy. They believe that they know what's better for everyone else, and that whoever screams the loudest should get their way. They don't hesitate to lie and create fantastic fictional stories to support their views. They threaten violence against those that don't agree with them. That describes the Republicans and the Tea Baggers perfectly. Actually, it's almost too kind to call them Marxists.
