It sure is ugly.

I like it.

Why do car companies keep putting the tail lights on the side of the rear
window? I have almost been hit several times by cars that change lanes and I
can't see their turn signals, because there are hidden behind my rear view
mirror. The tail lights should be lower so this doesn't happen.

Blocked by your rearview mirror? Holy crap-- what kind of car do you
drive?

Why do they need a 1.6 billion dollar loan from the U.S. department of
energy to modify the plant to make this car?

Who cares? But I'll take their word that they do.

I didn't see anything giving the driving distance with the heater running in
cold temperatures.

It's a nice idea, but needs a 100 mile range for commuters.

Hopefully, there will be a selection of vehicles to suit varying
needs. Obviously, its 100 mile range is enough for most people. It
would be more than enough for me. I'm guessing even if the range was
reduced due to cold and using the heater.
