I've got an '99 with 19k miles (Mothers car not driven much). The
check engine light came on with the following codes P0125 Insufficient
Temp for closed Loop and Pending Code P1133 A/F sensor Circuit
response Bank 1/Sensor 1 . Coolant level is OK and engine comes up to
operation temp normally. I would like know where the sensors are
located (the A/F (O2) sensor seems like upstream but is it front or
rear cylinder bank?). Any info on testing the senors before
replacement? In the past I have measured the voltage of the O2
sensors with a DVM between 0.2-0.8V at 2000 rpm at operating temp. How
do I check the Coolant Temp Sensor? Thanks.

The P0125 explanation is a little misleading because it doesn't really have
anything to do with coolant temperature. Look for an open or short in Bank
1 and/or Bank 2 Sensor #1, which are located in the exhaust manifold(s).
The code is related to the P1133, so I'd start by looking at Bank 1 Sensor
1. Bank 1 is the bank that has cylinder #1. In the case of a V6, it is the
bank closer to the firewall. In the case of a 4 cylinder, there is only 1
bank.
