I've tried ignoring these issues in the past, but I'm sick and tired of
building a relationship only to find she only wants sex and/or money and

Those, plus dinner on the table promptly at 6:00, express (okay, *have*) no
opinions that differ from his, have no access to her own money (wait until
he deigns to dole some of his out so she can buy pure necessities), & sex
only when he intiates it.
