(OT:) The price of a barrel goes up...



the price of gas goes up...IMMEDIATELY. "We need to be able to pay for
the oil we have to buy at the new price" is the excuse given.

However, oil went down $4 per barrel today. So, where is the decrease?
"We have to pay for the oil we already refined and put in the storage
tanks."
