I have no need to change the color of my tail lights, even if I did I would
be in vioation of the NHTSA light standards. I like the amber on my deck
at night, that why I chose that color, no bugs LOL

LEDs come in different color. If red, green and blue LEDs are mixed
together, the light appears white, just like the white part of a computer
screen screen actually is made of red, green and blue pixels that blend
together to make white.

You should read up on some engineering.
