Fart Boy, if you insist on living your life so stupidly, at least do
it in private. I know that it has really big words in it, but the U.S.
Constitution clearly spells out what the federal government can and
cannot do. Providing healthcare for anyone is not one of the things
that it can do. Since you clearly lack the intelligence to understand
the Constitution, have someone with an IQ level above yours (that
shouldn't be difficult to find) explain it to you.

Of course, being a welfare leach, you're probably happy to live off of
the taxpayer in anyway that you can.

Okay sparky. The constitution and the Bill of Rights are two separate
documents. The Constitution defines how the government works, the
structure, elections, terms of office. The constitution clearly
defines the limitations of this government. If it isn't defined the
government can't do it.

The Bill of Rights, on the other hand, defines our rights a citizens.
The last 2 amendments clearly state our rights are not limited to
those enumerated.


Amendment IX
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be
construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.


Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor
prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states
respectively, or to the people.
