OT: Bush STILL doesn't know Medicare covers "poor kids", not S-CHIP

Bush must be stupid. He keeps saying that S-CHIP covers "poor kids".
Medicare covers "poor kids". S-CHIP covers the kids of working
families who can't afford to buy healthcare.

Could one of you Koolade sippers here get this message to Shrub?
