Liberals like to skew the scale to make their results look better.

They think everything we believe is a lie even though most of it is
demonstrably true. And they get pissed at us because we're forever
calling
them on their lies and we won't believe their lies.

There are very few liberals left in the old sense of the word, the
pre-McGovern-peacenik-chicken-*** liberals. And for the liberals to
call
me a neo-con is a joke. I was a conservative before the term neo-con was
a
glint in their vocabulary of smear. Hell, I was a conservative before
most
of them were born.

Tolerance. Their term for being sensitive to those THEY deem worthy.
Other viewpoints need not apply.

And I fit in with your last two sentences as well. Most use the term
"neo-con" as though they're just so clever in analysis. In reality, it
makes them appear as nothing more intellectual than a parrot.


Two things I do NOT tolerate:

1. Liars.
2. Political correctness.

There is an eerie combination of the two where I've heard nominal Christians
try to convince me that Political Correctness is the same thing as being a
good Christian. That makes me want to HURK. If Jesus were really dead and
buried, that alone would make Him turn over in his grave. Political
Correctness is merely "Thought Police" with another label. Did we learn
NOTHING from the 12 years of goosestepping over in Germany and the 70 years
of the failed Union of Soviet Socialist Respubliks? It seems not because the
intolerant Left wants to recreate the Socialist Workers Paradise over here.

I will fight such a future with every fibre of my being. OTOH, my vote
does not count here in Illinois. The Republicans have basically
evaporated, and the Dimocraps can't even agree among themselves to get a
state budget through 3 months past the deadline. And when they rewrote the
State Constitution in 1970 they basically locked out any other party or
independent candidate. So no matter who you vote for, the primaries are
packed with basically only 'approved' candidates, i.e. nobody that wants to
change the system or buck the two-party, one-party state, and the general
election might as well be between Tweedledumb and Tweedledumber.

The chances of anyone appearing on the ballot below the national elections
that might be worth voting for are about the same as the chances of me
waking up tomorrow morning with a chest the same size and shape as
Natalie's, that is to say, ZERO or even less. There has been corruption and
self-serving in Illinois politics so long I doubt if anyone remembers a time
when the system didn't basically run things. The DimoCrap party has been
running Chicago basically since 1933. And the Republican party has been
under control of the Town of Cicero since before then, that is to say, the
Fellas that control Cicero.

Since 1900:

3 governors indicted (2 from Kankakee)

2 governors convicted (1 from Kankakee)

1 Secretary of State caught dead with $800,000 dollars in the closet in his
hotel room.

1 Secretary of State who later went on to be governor who took money in
exchange for licenses to otherwise-unqualified applicants.

1 Secretary of State who's lowered the performance standard so badly that
you can now get tagged for having an expired plate even though you may even
have turned in the money for the new sticker 2 months prior and in good
faith.

Cops that are so desparite for tickets, they ticket a woman who JUST got
married for not having changed her name. Whereas the following 2 things
have to happen first before she can even apply to the State to change her
name:

1. She has to get a copy of the marriage license.
2. She has to apply to Social Security to change the name on her Social
Security card.

Without a copy of her marriage license and her new Social Security card, the
State of Illinois will not change the name on the drivers license.
Assacops, they're everwhere in Illinois. Munching donuts and trying to
'make quota', no matter by what underhanded ways they have to do it.

My uncle served as a cop for over 20 years. Assacops made him mad enough to
boil. He considered them a blight on the force.
