Asking Verizon (or for other members of the forum, your ISP whoever that
is) is an excellent idea. For me, I find their prices a bit high when I
can just walk to Staples and get what I want for less.

Of course, I don't have the services of Verizon when I install the stuff
myself if there are problems.

That is one reason their prices are so high. They'll come to your home,
install it, verify it works, and probably throw a nice warranty you way.

Staples will take it back if it's problematic most likely but probably
nobody on staff can help you install it should you need it.


We have a couple of very excellent people at my local Staples.

The funny thing is, in the town where there are five colleges, those guys
don't know a router from a toilet...
