No, that's the way of teaching people to not answer questions when you
don't know the answer or when you don't want to state the answer.

People know that Gore is a blow-hard that has no real ethics when it
comes to global warming or saving the environment - they see it in what
he does, how he reacts, his every action. His statements are proven lies
by his own actions.
