You CHOSE to spend $5,000 more for a used Scion.? Now is the wrong time to
complain about the cost of fuel to run it. That extra $5,000 you spent to
buy a USED car would have paid for ALL of the fuel for a NEW Cobalt for
around six years. But then who ever said Toyota buyers were smart buyers?.

This explains the point I was trying to make exactly. I could have bought
a Brand New Chevy Cobalt <$10,000. But I CHOSE to spend $5,000 more for a
used Scion.

But, I DON'T have a choice as to what to run for fuel. The gas companies
know I need gas to run it, and without gas, it's useless (Either one, the
Scion or the Cobalt). I also NEED oil for my furnace. No way around it
right now.
