What part of the Constitutional powers of the President as
Commander-in-Chief, do you not understand? I can see why you seem so
confused. There was no 'domestic' wiretapping, that is what the Dims want
you too think.. The NSA was listing to foreign communications that
terminated within the country, clearly allowed by the law according to
numerous Constitutional law sources including the Justice Department..
