Come on Joshie, you've been hitting the Kommunist Kool-Aid again. He
basically refused to comply with the UN resolutions. Klintoon mostly
ignored his bad behaviour. When GW tried to bring him to honor the 91 Cease
Fire agreements which he signed, he at first played hide the weapons, then
kicked the inspectors out altogether. We should have taken care of him in
91. He was a boil on the buttocks of the world that should have been lanced
a long time ago. As are you.

When the UN wimped out and refused to enforce its own resolutions, because
the palm was getting greased, a la Chicago style, Bush had to make it over
into a crusade, but the underlying reasons haven't changed.
