what really confounds me about this is that she didn't even publish an article about this.
It would seem that just hearing/getting information that may or may not be against the law, and not disseminating it would sure be a stretch. Course it was contempt because she didn't tell the judge what she may or might not know and who she heard it from.
Kind of like to me the old thing "when did you quit beating your spouse?" No right answer.
