I know that if my daughter was hungry and thirsty and needed a diaper
so that she didn't get some disease from her own fecal matter, i would
sure as hell loot. In particular if the people who were calling for an
evacuation didn't do a damn thing to help me get out. Moreover, if I
were a store owner, I don't think i would mind a mother like myself
coming in to take food.
