The driver's window of my E39 is moving veeeery slooowly... any thoughts?

Hi all!

The window on the driver's side of E39 (Left hand drive) is moving
veeeeeeeery slooooooooowly now. Any thoughts on what it may be causing
that? How do I remove the door panel ? where are the screws and clamps and
that kind of info?
