Yet here is loads of information about that URL!

So?

Can anyone explain to me, please, why typing just the IP address into
my browser doesn't take me to the Annex site?

It's been explained ad nausem to you for the last couple of years that i
know of. Many people including myself have provided very useful urls in
a vain effort to educate you.

It's beyond time for you to do your own homework.
