How are you feeling today?
Actually, quite better than I have been lately. Thanks. I seem to be a
lot more rested and energetic since I started taking sleeping pills
the past 4 nights in a row. Hopefully I won't need to use them
tonight, but we'll see.

How about you?
Doin' good here. Glad you're feeling better.

Do you never leave your room at all?
Nah, not really. Usually if I do I get hounded by my two younger
brothers wanting to bum smokes off me. But that doesn't stop them from
knocking on the door to do the same thing. I just don't answer it and
let them think that I'm sleeping. lmao

Wait a minute! You *smoke*?? Doesn't that make your condition worse?

Unfortunately, yes. I've tried several methods to help me quit.. like,
Nicotrol inhalers, Chantix.. both did some good. But due to the stress
I'm constantly under living in this hell hole, I went right back to
smoking again. With depression taking a huge toll on me I'd be afraid
to get back on Chantix again. It's just not worth the risk.

I quit, cold turkey, in 1990, and have not craved a cigarette since. [g]

Your situation is different, and I don't know what to say that would mitigate your depressive living conditions. Just hang on the best way you can, and maybe things will change to your advantage.
