MacGyver like skills.

Well, admittedly I mostly know him for the guitar that musicans like
Jimmy Page and Slash used.....<shrugs>. If I recall, I think one of
the guys from Dire Straits also used one.

The Beatles as well. He did stuff like use a flywheel from a Cadillac and the belt from a dentist drill to make a recording machine. Pretty awesome ingenuity.
