Probably good filters, when I opened Thunderbird there were
80+ posts listed for alt.2600 but when I clicked on the
group it dropped to around 10. I only have a few bellicose
cretins in my killfile and a few killed threads. That leads
me to believe that there are only a few piles of excreta
trying to trash the group.

Its also about time to get lots of bored kiddies off for the

Ahhhhh...so *that* is what's wrong with ya!

Never smoked anything, never dropped acid, never shot heroin,
never messed with any illegal drugs and all the other hippies
thought *I* was weird as they were wandering around seeing
pretty colors, flying aardvarks, talking fire hydrants and
bouncing off walls. I was the permanently designated driver
and I managed to keep a lot of them from getting killed. I am
also able to embarrass a lot of grandparents. It's a real
switch when I hear one of them trying humiliate one of their
children or grandkids by saying "Hey remember when you were
three and you took all your clothes off and......", All I have
to do is say "Hey remember when you were 19 and you took all
your clothes off because the acid you dropped a while before
made you think there were purple gerbils crawling all over you?"
Boy I had a lot of fun watching them back then and much more fun reminding them of it now. Funny thing, some of them haven't
changed their behavior all that much.
