Geothermal is a big bonus.
A lot of the places in Kentucky which are on a bit of land have
geothermal. They also have septic systems as opposed to city sewer. I
like this one, good price, but the kitchen is dismal. Like I said to
Hans, at that price, I guess I could fully remodel the kitchen to suit
my taste.
