I was waiting for the roof to be done before doing the
landscaping...and GOOD THING I waited! sheeeessssshhhhh they
make a MESS! Nails everywhere, pieces of roofing tiles, metal
flashing pieces, water bottles, etc, etc.

Anyway, all the old stuff is coming out, then I'm installing
an automatic sprinkler system, *then* a nice layer of peat
moss, then planting a nice mix of Kentucky Bluegrass and Rye
(hush Frozzie!). Maybe some diacondra in the front.


You're gonna have some six-packs handy for the adventure,
right?

I'd suggest Coronas.



Actually I was thinking of bypassing the wussie beer-stuff, and
going straight for the GOOD stuff. Tequila :)
