Windows 2003 directory security issue for the gurus out there


Okay I have some directories I keep changing some attribute to and after
pressing the okay key they return back to the same condition. or example I
have one that it set as READ ONLY. It is grayed out, but i can still uncheck
it. I press okay and look again and its checked again.

Any ideas where to look for this issue?
