Actually most sites look best in IE, it's just most competent web
designers are starting to include fall back versions. Netscape has
started to realize the deficiency of their own browser which is why
they're doing this:

The bottom line is that all you FireFox and Netscape supporters, for
as much as you whine and bitch, are simply put...wrong. Personally,
I'm going to enjoy watching you all deal with the bitter taste of it
as your demigod browsers start including rendering support via IEs
engine.
