To all you web designers ( except Hatter ) and graphic guru's !



I gotta favor to ask.

I need a certain design.
The result must be 12 x 20 cm when printed on an A4 format. ( give or
take a centimeter )
It starts with a waving checkered flag like this one,

The example is lousy, but it's the best I could find.

Same direction and angle. Fairly small squares, but not to small.
No need for the black squares, just the lines.

Now comes the hard part I think...

In the horizontal center of the flag I'd like to have the words
DON'T PANIC in the same flowing manner as the flag WITHOUT the lines
running through the letters. the words need to be placed along a
horizontal line in the center of the flag and must remain readable.
The letters are a modern type font, open, not colored, just the outer
lines and are up to 25 mm high. and no less then 22 mm. ( a millimeter
more is not a problem ) Positioning along the horizontal line does not
seem all that important, just as long as the words are readable.
( The words can't follow the ripple )

>From both the left upper corner and the lower right corner I'd like to
have a very modest amount of shadow, not from black to grey, but from
grey to white and the lines still need to be visible.
If the letters are partially covered in shadow, that's okay.
Or...if you think it's more natural, a shadow from the left side to the
right, so that the ripple in the flag has a second shadow.

Now....to make things even worse, I'd like to have two designs.
One like I described before, no color at all.
But I'd also like to have one design with the squares colored red and
white. That means that the shadows are a darker shade of red and not
grey ! The letters need to be free of color at all times, except for the
shadows.

Due to the fact that my English is not perfect, my explanation might not
be perfect, so feel free to mail me if you have more questions.

Of course the only thing for free in this world is the fact that the sun
goes up every morning...
So... the winning design, which I will post, will earn my everlasting
gratitude and beside that 2 bottles of your favorite liquor, but because
sending two bottles from Holland might be somewhat of a risk, I'll have
$ 50,- paypal-ed to your account.

Of course everybody wants to win the 2 bottles of booze....
